Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility for Return: You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition (unopened and unused).
How to Return Your Item
Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at hello@mytrolleymate.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorisation: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure all trolley token and MagSafe ring are included.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a free return and provide a replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.
